Local Artisan Food 2016 

 

In county Louth in Ireland there are many local suppliers that manafacture different food products which are all locally sourced and produced.  This event will take place on Wednesday the 27th of April 2016  and it promises to be a fantastic night and will showcase and celebrate local suppliers from the County Louth area . There will be an oppotunity to visit the stalls and speak to a number of suppliers. You will then be given the opportunity to taste a variety of their wonderful produce with a sumptuous 6 course sit down meal. â€‹

Who Are We 

We are 3rd Year Hospitality Management students and as part of our Event Production Module we are organising and hosting an Local Artisan Food Celebration Event , the food will be prepared by Culinary Art 3rd Year Students.

Ticket  Price 

 Tickets will be â‚¬35 per person. To make a reservation please refer to our reservation details below . 

The tickets will be on sale outside the Training Restaurant on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th of April from 10am to 12pm

Reservation Details:

 Should you wish to make a reservation for a table at our event you can do so by clicking the 'make a reservation' option which will forward you to our email or simply by ringing our number 0860641629. We ensure we will try and facilitate every individual who wishes to attend this prestigious event. 

 Ticket Payment: 

Unfortunately the college does not have the facilities for card payment (visa mastercard laser etc).

As a result of this  we can only accept cash payments.

The ticket will include:

  • Drinks upon Reseption,

  • A  6 course dinner

  • A chance to view some local produce 

  •  Music will be provided by students from the BA (Hons)Applied Music programme in the Department of Creative Arts, Media and Music at DkIT.

 Parking Facilities :

Parking will be available throughout the DKIT Campus at a cost of €0.30 per hour. After 6pm the parking will be free of charge.
